Port mirroring is not a solution for increasing the number of virtual machines migrated simultaneously from one ESXi host to another. Port mirroring is a networking feature that allows traffic on one port (or ports) of a network switch to be forwarded to another port for analysis or monitoring purposes. A 10GigE network card provides significantly higher bandwidth compared to a 1GigE network card. With more bandwidth available, the ESXi hosts can handle more concurrent migrations without experiencing network congestion or slowdowns.

Answer is C: A 1Gb NIC has a capacity of 4 units, so you can do 4 vMotion operations at a time from a given 1Gb NIC. A 10Gb NIC has a capacity of 8 units, so you can do 8 vMotion operations at a time from a given 10Gb NIC. https://blogs.vmware.com/performance/2021/02/vcenter-limits-for-tasks-running-at-the-same-time.html
