Answer is A Requests can be monitored on the Resources > Deployments tab. Click the requested item to view the deployment details. You have the following tabs to navigate: • Topology: To visualize the deployment structure and resources. • History: Provisioning events and any events related to actions that you run after the requested item is deployed. If the provisioning process fails, the History tab events help you to troubleshoot failures. • User Events: To visualize the user's inputs. Additionally, the Monitor, Alert and Optimize tabs are available when integrated with VMware Aria Operations. Taken from Aria Automation ICM 8.10 Lesson Book -> Monitoring Deployments section

As a project member, you can review the request details in vRealize Automation Cloud Assembly. Procedure To determine if a request failed, click the Deployments tab and locate the deployment card. Failed deployment card Failed deployments are indicated on the card. Review the error message. For more information, click the deployment name for the deployment details. On the deployment details page, click the History tab.
