Answer is B Persistent Logs Persistent logs (server logs) track past workflow run logs and are stored in the vRealize Orchestrator database. Non-Persistent Logs When you use a non-persistent log (system log) to create scripts, the vRealize Orchestrator server notifies all running vRealize Orchestrator applications about this log, but this information is not stored in the database. When the application is restarted, the log information is lost. Non-persistent logs are used for debugging purposes and for live information. To view system logs, you must select a completed workflow run in the vRealize Orchestrator Client and select the Logs tab. https://docs.vmware.com/en/vRealize-Orchestrator/8.11/com.vmware.vrealize.orchestrator-install-config.doc/GUID-4E29EBE7-181D-4B17-982E-7599F9164F1B.html

B is correct as in the link Persistent Logs Persistent logs (server logs) track past workflow run logs and are stored in the vRealize Orchestrator database. Non-Persistent Logs When you use a non-persistent log (system log) to create scripts, the vRealize Orchestrator server notifies all running vRealize Orchestrator applications about this log, but this information is not stored in the database. It would be nice if the screenshot included that part of the text! Also the link is broken, but if you google this you can see the page and read the important part about the logs being stored in the database.
