B,C,E Bulk migration is disruptive and App Path Resiliency is to optimize traffic.

But MON keeps it from using the local gateway which is a requirement. I’m going with A,B,C.

A,B,C. You need MON for the gw requirement. RAV can do large sets (which you can organize however you want… by SLA in this case) and to use MON and to have a nondisruptive cut over, you need network extension for L2 stretch.

Bulk Migration is incorrect - it clearly states NO DOWN in the question and in the definition of Bulk Migration above it has"downtime similar to a reboot"
