Question is : Each ESXi Host with 512 LUNs and 2048 paths mapped from Dell EMC XtremIO Storage Array So Esxi host is WITH 512 LUNs. It is NOT more than 512. As per your Comment "If you want to add an ESXi host with more than 512 LUNs and 2,048 paths to the vCenter Server Appliance inventory, you must deploy a vCenter Server Appliance for a large or x-large environment." I think large is required only if that MORE than 512. So correct should be small. Which is D. Is that not correct?

Th question; we don't have MORE than 512lun and 2048paths, so a SMALL would fit. However you would be crazy to assume that number does not increase..

It says "more than" 512/2048. The question says 512/2048, not more than.

I thing A is the correct option. You have not X-Large option available. Then Large is correct.
