Possible values are high, soft, hard and low. High means that the machine memory is not under any pressure and low means that it is.

There is no pressure in memory so the answer may be host has adequate memory however the host CPU usage (%RDY: 0.36) says the VM waited in queue to execute on physical CPU. I think the answer may be "D". Any expert comment on answer D?

it's load average not CPU ready ;) and 0.36 is really low for this CPU.
