C. vMotion network must be configured between two separate L3 network. Dedicated TCP/IP stack nor default gateway is recommended but not required.

Question already mentioned that a layer 3 vMotion network already existed and has been leveraging in separated data centers. So we need to configure them to get traffic routed through, not to use a other stretched vMotion network. I think should be B.
