I would prefer CD. C Edge on BareMetal is the recommended design for high performance. D: vxlan offload is a solution to be used to increase the performance of east west traffic. A: ECMP is high availability solution so not related to this question. SRIOV is is related to VDS not to N-VDS. And using SR-IOV means disabling NSXT Latency Sensitivity to high is an old feature for highly sensitive VMs, not VMware best practice
