Correct answer is certainly ABD. Why C is not correct: It is strictly mentioned that "Current cluster utilization and business policies prevent changing the existing vSphere deployment." So we are NOT permitted to create a separate "management cluster" Why E is not correct: It is strictly mentioned that "Current cluster utilization and business policies prevent changing the existing vSphere deployment." So we are NOT permitted to create a separate "new edge cluster"

The correct answer is A B D F is wrong because NSX-T 2.4 onwards, there is no controller VM's. Controllers were merged with NSX-T Manager. Option C is also wrong for the same reason. E is wrong because it talks about modifying the vSphere cluster. The 3rd requirement of design says no changes can be made to vSphere deployment.
