I'm choosing CD. You need a Windows OS for Writable volumes so Application pools are needed but also UEM over Identity Manager as the clients can access via the Horizon Client

CD RDSH to avoid MS VDA licensing. UEM to persist settings. AppVol don't work with RDS. UEM is also more granular on persisting settings.

C + E Can only be Appl.pools + UEM. Appl.pools because any form of Win10 Desktop requires licenses which the customer does not want. So only RDSH as a basis remains. The second part must be UEM because writeable-volumes on RDSH is not possible.
