Selected Answer: A
Since only 1 instance of the app is allowed to run, RDSH is out. A new desktop pool is required.

i agree with NNy. I'm chose C Anti-affinity rules can be created on the pool to limit 1 launch https://docs.vmware.com/en/VMware-Horizon/2106/published-desktops-applications/GUID-49E7BE66-A3A6-47E8-A2BD-42DF4D5FE50B.html

B & D are not options. You cannot have multiple instances running so C is not an option. You could do it if session-based desktops were an option, but C only says "new APPLICATION pool" Thus, A seems to be the only viable option to meet the requirements.

it is an enterprise application for a 1000 users AND it can only have a single instance. Then we cannot host this on RDS servers as you would need a 1000 servers! The only other option here is Horizon Desktop Pool which is expensive way of running one app

Good thought. Anti-affinity rules can be created on the pool to limit 1 launch and installing the PDF printer on the RDS host should work then you won't need UEM/DEM

i would choose C, because servers are not overloaded, and PDF Printer can be implemented on Windows 2012R2
