I believe the answer is "A". Although it is possible to redirect URL content in both directions, the requirements in the question specifically says: "Sales personnel however will be able to access links from email or other documents from their VDI sessions." which makes me think that the URLs opened within the VDI session should be redirected to their client. https://docs.vmware.com/en/VMware-Horizon-7/7.13/horizon-remote-desktop-features/GUID-AD2CA3C1-6C93-491F-B199-1FD8C23271B9.html

Very tricky question, but let's read manual With agent-to-client redirection, Horizon Agent sends the URL to Horizon Client, which opens the default application for the protocol in the URL. With client-to-agent redirection, Horizon Client opens a remote desktop or published application to handle a URL link that a user clicks on the client. If a remote desktop is opened, the default application for the protocol in the URL processes the URL. If a published application is opened, the published application processes the URL. So I will go with B "Install View Client with URL redirection enabled." because question is about VDI desktop, not an application https://docs.vmware.com/en/VMware-Horizon-7/7.6/horizon-remote-desktop-features/GUID-6E24F6BE-D5D2-4D73-9A9A-0E87C9849B9E.html

I chose B. URL redirection will allow a link in the VDI session to open on the client browser and keep the 'no internet' restriction in VDI. Client drive redirection doesn't cover URL links that may be in emails or documents. https://docs.vmware.com/en/VMware-Horizon-7/7.6/horizon-remote-desktop-features/GUID-AD2CA3C1-6C93-491F-B199-1FD8C23271B9.html
