I got this one wrong, initially I though A would suffice. It is indeed C (Full Migration). Ensure accessibility makes sure the workload can run however, it becomes non compliant with the policy (from https://blogs.vmware.com/virtualblocks/2018/10/29/a-closer-look-at-emm/#:~:text=Full%20Data%20Migration%20–%20evacuate%20all,with%20the%20respective%20storage%20policies) Full Data Migration – evacuate all of the components to other hosts in the cluster. Ensure Accessibility – evacuate enough components to ensure that virtual machines can continue to run, but non-compliant with the respective storage policies.

The correct answer is C. The host is going to be removed from the cluster permanently.
