Based on the fact that says "How many total NSX manager cluster(s) will be deployed as part of the solution? " and assuming that DEV and PROD are VI Workload Domains, I'd go with C, since there must also be a Management Domain which will also have its own NSX Manager cluster that cannot be shared among other domains. Otherwise I'd choose option A since we would be talking just about DEV and PROD VI Workload Domains and due to the fact that a single NSX Manager cluster could be shared among these domains. - YoMeroElLechero
