Not seeing VMFS on iSCSI on the list https://docs.vmware.com/en/VMware-Cloud-Foundation/5.0/vcf-design/GUID-2156EC66-BBBB-4197-91AD-660315385D2E.html

I agree, VMF on iSCSI is not on the list https://docs.vmware.com/en/VMware-Cloud-Foundation/4.5/vcf-admin/GUID-4EBF9094-F732-4800-86FF-30C5D88B9758.html

So the problem is that we have 4 correct answers, ACDE. Keep in mind this test is on 4.x, not 5.x. https://docs.vmware.com/en/VMware-Cloud-Foundation/4.5/vcf-vi-workload-domain-design/GUID-2091F2E2-D53A-4A92-BD3B-C158F6E367DF.html They don't list "VMFS on iSCSI", but "iSCSI" is on there (supplemental for both MGMT and VI), implied it would be formatted with VMFS I'd probably enter ACD as presented on the exam.
