When the "issue is resolved", the VM will return to a normal state. The alarm will come back to a normal state automatically, there is nothing to do. Answer A.

Normally, yes, but the question states that the issue has resolved and the alarm hasn't cleared. Therefore, you have to reset it manually, so D.

Except if the alarm itself has been modified to not to return to green even if the issue is resolved. So, answer is D indeed.
