The answer options in the exam were different:
A. Delete App-LibTemplete(3) from the SA-Templates folder.
B. In the SA-template folder, rename App-Libtemplate (2) to App-LibTemplate
C. Check out AppLibTemplate (3) and delete the template from the SA-Templates folder.
D. Revert to APP-LibTemplate (2) and delete App-LibTemplate
Answer B is correct.
C is not correct : the Delete option will be available only on App-LibTemplate(2), and will consist in deleting it and keep the version 3.
By using the vertical timeline, you can revert VM templates back to their previous state.

B: - See section "Revert to a Previous Version of a Template
If the latest VM template contains changes that you no longer want to keep or you made a mistake during your last checkin, you can revert the VM template to the previous version."

C. It says "the latest VM template contains changes that are no longer needed" It says nothing about needing to revert to another template, B is wrong.
B - OK
If the latest VM template contains changes that you no longer want to keep or you made a mistake during your last checkin, you can revert the VM template to the previous version.
I agree with Sturi2011, B is correct https://docs.vmware.com/en/VMware-vSphere/8.0/vsphere-vm-administration/GUID-E9EAF7AC-1C08-441A-AB80-0BAA1EAF9F0A.html
