The answer options in the exam were different: A. Delete App-LibTemplete(3) from the SA-Templates folder. B. In the SA-template folder, rename App-Libtemplate (2) to App-LibTemplate C. Check out AppLibTemplate (3) and delete the template from the SA-Templates folder. D. Revert to APP-LibTemplate (2) and delete App-LibTemplate

Answer B is correct. C is not correct : the Delete option will be available only on App-LibTemplate(2), and will consist in deleting it and keep the version 3.

The wording is important here. When you select the three elipses the option contains the word "Revert..." not Delete.

Deleting App-LibTemplate (3) will remove the changes that are no longer needed and revert to the previous version of the template.

C. It says "the latest VM template contains changes that are no longer needed" It says nothing about needing to revert to another template, B is wrong.
