Each host must have minimum bandwidth dedicated to vSAN.
vSAN OSA: Dedicated 1 Gbps for hybrid configurations, dedicated or shared 10 Gbps for all-flash configurations
vSAN ESA: Dedicated or shared 25 Gbps

vSAN ESA requires 25Gbps networking at a minimum . vSAN ESA AF6, and AF High Density nodes require 50Gbps of vSAN networking throughput, and ESA AF8 requires 100Gbps of networking throughput to deliver maximum performance.
what is the difference please; my understanding from the below that the minimum is 10 GB
vSAN Express Storage Architecture (ESA) are supports 10Gbps for ESA-RN-0 profiles and ESA-2 and above profiles will 25Gbps or higher speed requirements. ESA ReadyNodes configured for vSAN ESA will be configured with 25/50/100Gbps NICs. The 10Gbps requirement for the ESA-RN-0 profiles should be considered for brownfield deployments, but it is strongly advised to still purchase 25Gbps NICs for future proofing as the SFP28 interface will be backwards compatible with a 10Gbps SFP+ switch interface.
