A is correct https://docs.vmware.com/en/VMware-vSphere/7.0/vmware-vsphere-with-tanzu/GUID-1238AFD8-232C-4EFC-BD54-796CB9F8C45F.html The documentation says "Persistent Volumes Claim" and answer D says "Persistent Volumes"

answer is A. D is incorrect as only persistent volume CLAIMS can be limited...
