A. Resource Pool - No, this is for CPU and RAM
E. Virtual Machine - If you looked at the VM representing a node, you wouldn't see any storage info pertaining to PVs, it's abstracted (and First Class Disks are unassociated from VMs!)
F. Network - Huh, no
