A. Attaches authorization and policy to a subsection of the cluster - Yes, namespaces do this
B. Installs Calico CNI - No, namespaces don't do this
C. Installs a network policy provider - What does this have to do with authorisation/RBAC
D. Advertises extended resources for a node - Huh... this has nothing to do with RBAC/authentication
A Mamespaces help different projects, teams, or customers to share a Kubernetes cluster. It does this by providing the following: A scope for Names. B A mechanism to attach authorization and policy to a subsection of the cluster.
