When deploying VMware Cloud on Dell EMC or VMware Cloud on AWS Outposts, the Dell or AWS guys will bring a populated rack to the on-prem DC to extend the private cloud. They will bring technisians on-site to carry, install and configure the devices.

A is nonsense, because the AWS Outposts come as complete racks.
B is nonsense, because the distance is generally irrelevant.
D is nonsense, because if you have the correct equipment, you can move the AWS Outposts wioth only one person.
The correct answers clearly are C and E, because they are show stoppers.
Outpost racks are taller than usual DC racks and fully populated, this caused some issues with being to heavy for floors and elevators!, I would say C & E
