Periodic Copy doesn't support time off periods during copy, although it can be set with Periodic Copy, but I guess that's a hustle and too much to configure. Backup Copy Window - will terminate the job in busy hours, which will result in failed job. Immediate Copy can cover the request, since it offers the option in Schedule tab.

Only Backup Copy Window? Really? I think it should be a Periodic copy, in a window

but that doesnt prevent that the copy takes long lime until business hours starts
