If you check, the wizard: RESTORE and MIGRATE are the 2 options in "Restore Mode". On question 52 it was a planned migration, so the answer was MIGRATE. Here we're using RESTORE because it's an "unexpected loss of the server".

The key difference in the other question was "restore to a different SQL server" which is the same as a planned migration. That's not mentioned in this question so the basic "restore" option which recovers the DB to the same server is good enough
