https://helpcenter.veeam.com/docs/backup/vsphere/emc_dd.html?ver=95u4 refer the link, so C is not the answer! Dell EMC Data Domain does not support the reverse incremental backup method.

I believe it's ABC. Veeam specifically says, "Currently for VBR, managed file replication is not supported". Veeam also says that after the first full backup is written then the subsequent full backups do not need to send all their data to the deduplication appliance. To me, this would reduce network traffic.
