https://pubs.opengroup.org/architecture/togaf9-doc/arch/chap16.html. The objectives of the Requirements Management phase are to: 1) Ensure that the Requirements Management process is sustained and operates for all relevant ADM phases. 2) Manage architecture requirements identified during any execution of the ADM cycle or a phase. 3) Ensure that relevant architecture requirements are available for use by each phase as the phase is executed. 16.5.1 Note also that the Requirements Management process itself does not dispose of, address, or prioritize any requirements; this is done within the relevant phase of the ADM. It is merely the process for managing requirements throughout the overall ADM.
