The objective of Phase B, Business Architecture in the TOGAF ADM (Architecture Development Method) is: B. To demonstrate how stakeholder concerns are addressed in the Business Architecture. During Phase B, the focus is on developing the Business Architecture, which includes understanding and documenting the business strategy, goals, processes, organization structure, and key stakeholders. The objective is to capture the various stakeholder concerns and ensure that the Business Architecture addresses those concerns effectively. By demonstrating how stakeholder concerns are addressed, the Business Architecture provides a clear understanding of how the proposed architecture aligns with the needs and expectations of the stakeholders, helping to build consensus and support for the architecture development process.

https://pubs.opengroup.org/architecture/togaf9-doc/arch/chap08.html The objectives of Phase B are to: 1) *Develop the Target Business Architecture* that describes how the enterprise needs to operate to achieve the business goals, and respond to the strategic drivers set out in the Architecture Vision, in a way that *addresses the Statement of Architecture Work and stakeholder concerns*. 2) *Identify candidate Architecture Roadmap components* based upon gaps between the Baseline and Target Business Architectures. Step 7 of Phase B: Conduct Formal Stakeholder Review - Check the original motivation for the architecture project and the Statement of Architecture Work against the proposed Business Architecture, asking if it is fit for the purpose of supporting subsequent work in the other architecture domains. Refine the proposed Business Architecture only if necessary.
