according to Davis's 19th edition Drug book - the answer can be confusion or hallucinations with CONFUSION being underlined. the footnote states that an underline word is "most frequent" so wouldnt an aide be on the lookout for the most frequent side effect? so why is the answer D and not A or shouldnt both A and D be combined?
