A is correct, because allises can only be used for discrete dimension. On top of that, it changes how the value is shown in the visualisation, rather than changing the value in the database.

Changing alias is only applicable for either dimension or combination of (Dimension/discrete). Option A is valid in this case

CORRECT: CAN BE A OR B You can create aliases (alternate names) for members in a dimension so that their labels appear differently in the view. INCORRECT: CD NOT C BECAUSE :discrete measure NOT D BECAUSE : continuous dimension. Aliases can be created for the members of discrete dimensions only. They cannot be created for continuous dimensions, dates, or measures

I realize C says "Discrete Measure". Aliases only apply to Dimensions not measures so the most likely answer would be A (you can assign aliases before creating a visual.. doesn't matter when you assign them essentially)
