In Tableau Support we would ask "How fast does it run in Desktop" as well as "Does performance vary" in initial scoping of the case

It makes more sense to ask if before publishing it was performing well and stable, as it is newly published to TServer, if it was performing well with Desktop. A) asks if always performed well (in TServer?) -> this is more visible in an admin view but again this is just published there.
