package files are the ones who save extracts with them. .tds files only save the settings for connecting again to the data, so when you connect to a tds file you establish a live connection. In this case I think non of the answers are correct since CSV files are not extracts, .mdb files (ms access files) are not extracts, and .json are not extracts either.
A voting comment increases the vote count for the chosen answer by one.
Upvoting a comment with a selected answer will also increase the vote count towards that answer by one.
So if you see a comment that you already agree with, you can upvote it instead of posting a new comment.
