C is correct, the second chart is a dual axis with an unsynchronised axes. D is incorrect, if you set discount to a dimension, it will create a point for every discount value. B is incorrect, as it wouldn't even visualize the discount A is incorrect as it would create a gradient on the initial axes ranging between the discount values.
