"On-board" is a slang in businesses to mean that the goal is to have the specific data/technology/devices/things into your corporate environment, which is splunk in this case.
B,C,E,G are correct.
B - you can run a command to ingest data
C - you can use splunk web to ingest data
E - you can install Splunk add ons that have scripts (inputs.conf) to ingest data
G - you can make your own inputs.conf to ingest data
Page 41 of Splunk Fundamentals PDF. I wasn't sure what the writers of this question meant by "on-board" but I suppose they meant "add data inputs"
