To clarify:
By default: Acceleration is off for all data models in the CIM add-on after installation.
When using specific apps: Acceleration might be automatically enabled for specific data models related to those apps, but this is controlled by the app's configuration, not the data source itself.
Manual configuration: For other use cases, administrators must manually enable acceleration based on their specific requirements, regardless of the data source.
All data models included in the CIM add-on have data model acceleration disabled by default.
