It can B, if the Linux server is just to be onboarded for the first time, then a restart of process makes the server reachable from orion platform,The NMS administrator will just follow the adding a node process.

I think the answer should be A. Restarting the SNMP process on the Linux server does not automatically update the SNMP credentials previously used to monitor the Linux server to Orion platform. SO re-adding the Linux server or editing the node gives room to update the SNMP credentials to the new one.

I think the answer shiyld be A, reatarting the SNMP on the linux server doea not automatically update the SNMP credentials previously used to onboard the Linux server to Orion. SO re-adding the Linux server or editing the node gives room to update the SNMP credentials to the new one.
