If E is correct, means that B and C are correct too, so B and C are for sure correct. The approach mentioned in one of the links above seems to be achievable with the standard edition as well, as it uses secure views and data masking (both features are available in the standard edition)

C and E. Snowflake Enterprise for Sensitive Data (ESD) provides a feature set which allows its users to easily protect sensitive PII, even allowing the possibility of meeting HIPAA regulations where required. This might be a tricky one. In my opinion, Data Masking is in compliance with PII. So the Enterprise Version would also be in compliance with PII. There is also Column Level Security.
