D is correct answer Object tags, Masking Policies and Row Access Policies are for Enterprise and above editions. The only option remaining is Object Dependency Source: https://docs.snowflake.com/en/user-guide/intro-editions

A is not correct. Object tagging is available only from Enterprise Edition. https://docs.snowflake.com/en/user-guide/object-tagging
