If the Null Hypothesis states that no improvement to the process has occurred, and we reject the Null Hypothesis when it is actually false, this would be a correct decision. Specifically, it means we correctly identified that there was an improvement to the process. However, if you meant to ask about rejecting the Null Hypothesis when it is actually true, that would be a Type I error (or alpha risk). This error occurs when we incorrectly conclude that there is an improvement when, in fact, there is none.
