One does not need to learn or perform statistical analysis for 5 Whys. Drawbacks on the 5 Whys 1. It is not a data driven methoed. 2. It is not repeatable. 3. It is not free from Bias. 4. Limited to personal experience. 5. It does not take into account multiple reasons.
