There are two options are available when sourcing a request:
Add allocation
2. Software entitlement rights may be allocated through the software request process (service catalog), the software remediation process (based on reconciliation)

Following the import if the software entitlement records, run a reconciliation and in the Remediation Options for the software models in question, you can select Create allocations and automatically allocate the available entitlement rights.
