One of the easiest methods is to set up a spreadsheet or comma-separated value (CSV) template for the data you wish to import. Define the columns in the table view to export and set a filter to export a smaller subset of data. Because the data structure is the same for every import, you can reuse the import set table and transform it. Furthermore, your System Administrator can set up a scheduled import to occur regularly.
