If the brain dump of this question is correct, then I will prefer selecting E. Since the question is asking what event value, then it should be Severity = 0. If it is asking what setup to do in order to make the Alert auto close, then I will select C.

C and E are correct. Severity of "Clear" closes existing Alerts. https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/tokyo-it-operations-management/page/product/event-management/task/t_EMManageEvent.html
