Answer is D 100%. Tested in my PDI. All --> Service Catalog --> Open Records --> Items has a field called "Requests" which, you guessed it, has REQ values. Its not C because All --> Service Catalog --> Requests does not exist.

Selected Answer: C
List of Request (REQ) is different from the list of requested item (RITM) REQ = ALL> SERVICE CATALOG > REQUEST RITM = ALL > SERVICE CATALOG > OPEN RECORD > ITEM

The question mentions Requests and I initially picked C. But that path doesn't exist in the Navigator, D is the only viable path and you can see a list of Items, in the list view you can also see Requests. Very poorly phrased question.

D - this is how you get to open RITMs it's not C - who looks at REQ unless its an order guide or bundle requests with multiple RITMs

Service Catalog > Requests is the standard navigation path to view a list of requests placed through the Service Catalog. It displays all Request [sc_request] records, including details like request numbers, requesters, and statuses.

All->Service Catalog->Open Records ->Requests. So the answer is E. None of the above.

The correct answer is C. All > Service Catalog > Requests. When an order is placed through the Service Catalog, it generates a request record in the Request [sc_request] table. This record can be viewed under the Service Catalog application in the navigator. For those saying D — This navigates to catalog items, not the requests.

The question asks how to view the list of requests. This is C, and yes, it should have stated: Service Catalog -> Open records -> Requests
