The ACL for "samp_processor_definition" tells role "nobody" for "create or write". If I do "samp_processor_definition.do" - as admin - all fields are greyed out

C is the correct answer - It's on page 136 of the SAM text book that came with the SN SAM Pro course. (sam_admin and sys_admin)
