The question is confusing, it seems like the correct answer would be "cannot contribute" which is not an option. If you *only* select "can read" then inherently those users can only read and not contribute. Cannot Contribute would be the perfect answer. For this question, if we add them to Can Read, this will limit their ability to create new articles (I think). Anyway, it;s the closest thing to correct answer
