You should exclude from a Historic Data Collection any indicator whose score is inherently dependent on the current date and time, as its scores cannot be accurately back-collected or recreated historically. Among the options provided: D. Summed age of open problems This indicator would be difficult to collect historically with accuracy because it depends on the current date relative to the open date of the problems, which would constantly be changing. Historic data collection would not be able to recreate past 'summed ages' accurately.
