C is correct https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0744416 MID Server naming The MID server name cannot start with "mid.server" If it does, the the problem with inserting ECC records in the ECC queue fails to insert properly. This is because the agent field in the ECC queue will append "mid.server" to the beginning of the MID server name. This causes the records in the ecc queue to be incorrect and fails to send commands to the MID server.
