When working in conjunction with a Field Service Management (FSM) change task, what feature removes the need to manually update the asset record associated to the task?
When you enable Hardware Asset Management (HAM), asset tasks automatically activate behind the existing Incident, Change, and Work Order (if they are a Field Service Management (FSM) customer) work order flows. There is no configuration to this feature.
