In the E-book (vancouver), part 5.3 - closing the vulnerability, there are five steps defined. 1. VI created by scanner and assigned, 2. Team decide if change is needed, 3. Change is moved to completion after successful change, 4. VIT remains in place until the scanner rescans CI, 5. VIT is closed after scanner successfully reports CI without vulnerability. Step 4 and 5 make it sound to me that the answer should be B.
