C is correct doubt on another one https://docs.servicenow.com/en-US/bundle/utah-governance-risk-compliance/page/product/grc-audit/concept/c_AuditTasks.html When audit tasks are created or reassigned, a notification is sent to the assigned user. A notification is also sent when the task reaches 75% of its planned duration.
